Moving My Right Hand

My%20blog%20Classical%20hand_edited.jpg

I could not move my right hand (it was very limp) on account of my stroke, during most of the time I was in hospital.  I was on my own lying in my hospital bed on 21 September 2017.  It was after lunch when I was meant to be taking a nap.

Suddenly and without warning, the fingers on my right hand were clenched in a fist.  It was a voluntary movement.  I could clench my right hand but I could not relax it.  But still, it was a great achievement!  The next few days the physiotherapist gave me some exercises for my right hand.
